Rashes can signify allergic reactions or skin conditions that might worsen with chemical exposure. Infections can lead to the spreading of bacteria or fungi, while cuts present an open wound, increasing the risk of introducing pathogens.

Thus, the presence of discoloration does not inherently warrant cessation of services in the same way that rashes, infections, or cuts would, making it the exception in this scenario.
